The goal
Build a fast, conversion-focused product site for Nudgexa that clearly explained the offer, supported the underlying application, and made it easy for visitors to understand how automated invoice reminders work.
What we did
- Built the site with TanStack Start for the front end and page routing
- Added a Fastify backend for API handling and server-side requests
- Used a Node.js worker for background processing, invoice syncing, and reminder automation
- Structured the content around the product’s core path: connect an account, set a reminder schedule, and collect payments on time
- Created clear supporting pages for how it works, integrations, pricing, blog content, and contact
- Focused on performance, accessibility, and maintainable page components

Nudgexa is invoice reminder software built for freelancers, agencies, and growing businesses that send invoices. The site needed to communicate the value quickly: connect a supported payment account, configure follow-up timing, and let Nudgexa send professional reminders automatically.
The live site leans heavily on simple, actionable language. It explains that users can set reminders before the due date, on the due date, or after it, and that the system handles the follow-up work without spreadsheets or manual chasing.
